Will my older guests know how to use it?

Yes — and this is exactly why we use NFC instead of a QR code. There's no camera to open, nothing to scan or focus. They simply touch the tag to their phone, the same way they tap a credit card. The album opens by itself.

And every tag arrives with a simple step-by-step card explaining how it works — including how to reprogram it later for their own personal use. It takes under a minute, needs no special app or technical knowledge, and they can change it as many times as they want.

I already hired a photographer. Do I still need this?

Your photographer is irreplaceable — and their photos will be beautiful. But they can only stand in one place at a time. SignaTap captures everything happening in the other rooms, at the other tables, from your guests' eyes. It doesn't replace your photographer. It completes them.

What if it doesn't work on the wedding day?

The chip needs no battery, no charging and no WiFi — it's the same technology as your credit card, and it can't run out. Every tag is tested before it ships, and each one also carries a backup link, so there's always a second way in.

Do my guests have to download an app or create an account?

Never. No app, no sign-up, no password. They tap, the private gallery opens in their browser, and they can upload and download right there.

What happens to the tag after the wedding?

It becomes theirs. Every tag is reprogrammable as many times as they like — a contact card, a link, a PDF, their social media. Most guests keep them on their keys, which is exactly the point: a favor that never gets thrown away.

How far in advance should I order?

At least 6 weeks before your wedding gives us comfortable time for design, approval, printing and delivery. Planning further ahead? Even better — message us anytime and we'll hold your date.
